Where will my certificate pack be delivered?

Your certificate will be posted directly to your permanent home address.  Please make sure that your home address shown on ICON is correct. If you do not receive your certificate pack because you have not maintained a correct home address on the Student Portal then a charge will be made for a replacement. If you require alternative postage, such as courier service then this will be an additional cost. Please see the on line store for details and contact the assessment team following receipt of electronic your award transcript.
