I have an appointment during my taught sessions, what do I need to do?

You should complete a Leave of Absence Form, which you can collect from the PAd. This form needs to be completed in full by both yourself and the relevant tutors for the sessions which you will miss. Once the form is complete, please return it to your local PAd. Failure to return your form will result in your record showing an unauthorised absence.
