Reassessment of Coursework

Following the University Assessment Boards, details of your academic achievements, also known as a Statement of Results, will have been sent to you via your student portal account (ICON).

You will have received an email to your student email address and the personal email address that you have recorded with the university.

The Statement of Results indicates whether you have failed a module together with the requirements of reassessment. If, as part of your reassessment, there is a requirement for you to complete coursework this will either be to the original title or to a new title.

All coursework must be submitted as directed in your module handbook.

If you have any difficulties finding your reassessment title, please contact your module tutor.

Paper Submissions

If submitting a paper copy this must be presented with a signed coversheet by the date stated on the individual reassessment item and must be submitted in the usual way to the Programme Administration team  on the campus / site where you are registered.

Postal Submissions

If you are submitting by post then you must use RECORDED DELIVERY to ensure proof of postage and post by 4:00pm on the due date. Postal submissions must be sent to your local Programme Administration team on the campus/site where you are registered.

Reassessment Opportunities

All programmes offer one opportunity of reassessment.
