Drop in Sessions
At Lancaster you can come along to weekly drop-in sessions. starting from Thursday 9th October:
- Thursdays 12pm-1pm in Library group study room 4
- Fridays 12pm-1pm in Library group study room 4
In addition, during your first 2 weeks of teaching we have lots of extra sessions planned (see details below). You can come along with any questions you have about university, your course and assignments.

Study Buddy Sessions
The IFY Team are also running weekly study buddy sessions, designed to give you a space to focus on your assignments in a supportive environment. The Learning Developers will be on hand to answer any assignment related questions you may have, support you to get started, help you overcome writers block, and more. Come along to any or all of them, no need to book.
- Thursdays 3pm-5pm in the library, study room 2 which is on the first floor of the library in zone 4. Starting from Thursday 9th October.
