COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Important information and guidance

EveryonePrint2,

Using the EveryonePrint service, you can print documents from your own device (laptop, tablet, etc.) using the University of Cumbria printers.

The system allows staff and students to email documents to the University's printers.

You can then use your Cumbria Card to collect your documents from any University printer.

How it works

Registration:

  • You can only register, for EveryonePrint, using a university computer or laptop.
  • It is best to register your University of Cumbria email address if you only want to do black and white printing.
  • If you want to do any colour printing, you MUST register a personal email address with the service (i.e. Gmail, iCloud, Outlook, etc.).
  • You can register as many email addresses as you like - you can then send documents from any of these email addresses (i.e. use student email from your laptop and use Gmail from your phone - whatever works best for you). Remember colour printing will not work from your university email account.

Register for Everyone Print here

After you have registered, any printing you send to the email addresses below will be processed automatically - there is no need to resend it.

Black and white printing:

Email your document to: uocprint@cumbria.ac.uk

Use any registered email account to send the document to print.

Colour printing:

Email your document to: uocprintcolour@cumbria.ac.uk

Use your registered personal email account to send the document to print.

Printing your document:

Log in to any University of Cumbria printer using your Cumbria Card to print your document.
