    Delivered by the Mental Health and Wellbeing Team and Skills@Cumbria, this 60 minute workshop will cover:  Identifying causes of academic stress, strategies to manage stress, tips to stay on top of your studies. 

    The webinar is confidential, supportive and informal with the option to participate anonymously.
