    Every Wednesday afternoon between Wednesday 26th February – Wednesday 26th March 

     

    Lancaster Climbing for wellbeing,

     

    For anyone that wants to improve their mental health & wellbeing.  

    The course will cover: 

    Fear & trust, anxiety, problem solving, managing failure & high expectations, making changes. 

    The programme caters for students of all climbing abilities.

  • Homesickness Week

    Monday 7th October:

    Movie Night - Sentamu Lecture Theatre - 6-8pm

    Tuesday 8th October:

    Homesickness pop up stall with Student Support and  ‘Hygge’ Event - The Library - 12-2pm (Money Advice and Accomodaton teams will be present, alongside Lancashire Mind to provide handouts and freebies).

    Thursday 10th October:

    Accommodation event - In Halls - 12-2pm

    Wellbeing pop up - The Library - 12-1.30pm
