The Student Enquiry Point is a new, simpler way to contact Student Services. Using the Student Enquiry Point tile on the Student Hub you can submit an enquiry relating to the wide range of services provided by Student Services including:
- Academic Skills , Careers and Employability , Chaplaincy for Faith and Spiritual Wellbeing , Counselling and Wellbeing , Digital Skills , Disability and Specific Learning Difficulty (SpLD) ,International Student Support , Library , Money Matters , Safeguarding , Sports and Fitness Facilities , University Student Accommodation
How to use the Student Enquiry Point
The new system will guide you effortlessly through the process. It takes just seconds to complete and can be done on any internet connected device. Go to the Student Hub and select the Student Enquiry Point tile.
Out of Hours Support - Security's:
Our out of hours support is avaiable via our security team. There may come a time where you have: a major mainatince problem, have locked yourself out, see something suspicious, or a flat meaning too loud. Having the security phone number saved on your phone can ensure out of hours support can reach you sooner.

Mental Health Support:
The Mental Health & Wellbeing Team is made up of mental health professionals who can help and support all students at the university with a range of mental, emotional, and interpersonal challenges. We offer a range of support services both online and on campus, which are detailed here.
