Placement information

The placement learning element of your programme is key to becoming a successful Youth and Community worker. There is an assessed placement at each level of the programme. In total the placements on the programme are for a minimum of 888 hours in order to meet the NYA validation requirements. Each placement will normally take place in a different agency. Below you will find more information about learning in practice, including resources, useful links and mentor information which will help you get the most from your time spent on placement.
