The University of Cumbria is committed to keeping our policies and procedures up-to-date to ensure they are fit for purpose and continue to represent best practice. However, we understand that there may be ongoing casework or queries that relate to previous versions of our policies and procedures (pre January 2025). Please note: Any conduct or matters taking place before 27 January 2025 (including any existing issues that are being considered under any of these policies or procedures before 27 January 2025) will be dealt with under the policies and procedures that applied at the time.
