Reception and Accommodation over Christmas

The Accommodation Offices will be closed from 22nd December 2023 until 2nd January 2024. In the event of an emergency during this period, please contact the Security team on campus. Their contact numbers are displayed in your flat kitchens (or see the 'Emergencies over Christmas' section on this page).

Maintenance - for any urgent maintenance requests e.g.- no electricity (lighting failure, no heating or hot water) please report this urgently to Security (see for contact numbers). For all other non-urgent maintenance, please submit a request for this using the online helpdesk which will be actioned upon reopening of Campus.

Wifi - If there is a problem with the Internet in the Halls, please contact the service provider, Glide, on 0333 123 0115 or email studentsupport@glide.co.uk
