Reception and Accommodation over the Bank Holiday weekend

The Accommodation Offices will be closed on the upcoming Bank Holidays (Monday 1st May, Monday 8th May, Monday 29th May). In the event of an emergency, please contact the Security team on campus. Their contact numbers are displayed in your flat kitchens (or see the 'Emergencies over Bank Holiday' section on this page).

Maintenance - for any urgent maintenance requests e.g.- no electricity (lighting failure, no heating or hot water) please report this urgently to Security (see Emergencies over Bank Holiday for contact numbers). For all other non-urgent maintenance, please submit a request for this using the online helpdesk which will be actioned upon reopening of Campus.

Wifi - If there is a problem with the Internet in the Halls, please contact the service provider, Glide, on 0333 123 0115 or email studentsupport@glide.co.uk
