You can track the progress of your requests by logging in to OneSearch, going to 'my account’ and then to ‘requests’. If an item shows as pending it means it is still on loan to another borrower.
We will send you an email to let you know when your item is ready for you to collect. Reservations are kept on open shelves near to the self-service kiosks. They are filed in alphabetical order using the first three letters of your surname and your student number.
We hold reservations for seven days. If they are not collected within that time they will be returned to the library shelves.
When you collect your item you need to borrow it through the self-service kiosk.
