Lancaster - Climbing for Wellbeing
Every Wednesday afternoon between Wednesday 26th February – Wednesday 26th March.
For anyone that wants to improve their mental health & wellbeing.
The course will cover:
Fear & trust, anxiety, problem solving, managing failure & high expectations, making changes.
The programme caters for students of all climbing abilities.
