For more complex queries (such as where previous study may affect entitlement to current student funding) that will require an appointment or ongoing support, please use our Student Enquiry Point. This will enable us to gather information to prepare support, track your case and arrange for a caseworker to get in touch for an initial telephone appointment. All information gathered is treated in the strictest confidence.
