Whilst the core University services will be not be available during the University’s period of closure, the Student Enquiry Point is available to signpost you to useful resources. If you still need help and submit a query, you will receive a response after the university reopens on Tuesday 7th April 2026.

University online systems such as Blackboard, email, OneDrive, Student Hub, Staff Hub, Ask a Librarian, OneSearch and the University website will be available through the break.

    The Libraries will be accessible over the Easter break via swipe access. Please be aware that staffing will be affected on Friday 3rd April and Monday 6th April. For more information about your campus library, please visit this page.

  • UoC Active opening hours

    Uoc Active/Sports Facilities - The sports facilities in Carlisle, Lancaster and Ambleside will be closing on Friday 3rd April and Monday 6th April. Our Partner facilities will be open during our Easter closure. Check the Salt Ayre and Better leisure websites for more details.
