You can attend on:
-
Tuesday 13th October, 11:00am – 2:00pm
The MenB vaccine helps protect against meningococcal group B bacteria, which can cause serious illnesses including meningitis and septicaemia. Students living in university accommodation or spending more time around other young adults may be exposed to infections that can spread through close contact, making vaccination an important part of looking after your health.
If you are a first-year student, take the opportunity to get your free MenB vaccination while the drop-in service is available. Simply visit Zone 1 of the Library - there is no need to book an appointment in advance.
For more information about the vaccination or eligibility, speak to the pharmacy team when you attend.
