Think you know your brands from your bargains? Put your supermarket skills to the test in our Shopping Basket Challenge! 🎯
We’ve put together two shopping baskets: one featuring branded products and one made up of supermarket own-brand alternatives. Your challenge is simple: guess the difference in price between the two baskets!
Get as close as you can to the correct answer for your chance to win a £20 book token!
Think you can spot the saving? Make your guess, complete the short questionnaire and submit your answer. But remember — it’s all about getting as close as possible to the correct difference!
The competition closes on Friday 2nd October 2026 at 5.00pm, and the winner will be contacted after the event closes.
Who can enter?
To take part, you must be a University of Cumbria student with a valid student ID number.
