The Welcome Desk is here to help students feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their student journey. Whether you have a quick question, need help finding your way around, want information about student services, or simply fancy a friendly chat, our team is here for you.
Come along between 9am–10am (Library Ground Floor) or 12pm–1pm (The View, Gateway Building) and speak with a friendly member of Student Services. Our team can provide guidance, answer questions, and connect you with the right support. No question is too big or too small — if we don’t have the answer, we’ll help you find someone who does.
The Welcome Desk is also a great place to stop by if you’re new, unsure where to go, or just want to speak to someone. Drop in, say hello, and let us help make your student experience a little easier.
