When will this be sent to me?
Certificate packs are printed and distributed throughout the year normally within a 6 week period following confirmation of an award by a University Assessment Board. However at peak times due to the volume of awards, this will take longer and follows the timetable outlined below:
- January – May: certificates printed and posted within 6 weeks
- June – September: certificates printed and posted within 8 weeks
- October – December: certificates printed and posted within 6 weeks
Due to the current situation with the Covid-19 virus is it likely that there will be a delay in responding to your requests as staff will be working remotely off campus (for the foreseeable future) and the timescales may not apply.

We would recommend not placing any orders at this time as we are not able to advise when staff will be able to produce such documents as these cannot be done remotely.
