Reception and Accommodation over Christmas
The Accommodation and Reception Offices will be closed from 4pm on Tuesday 23rd December until Monday 5th January 2026. In the event of an emergency during this period, please contact the Security team on campus. Their contact numbers are displayed in your flat kitchens (or see the 'Emergencies over Christmas' section on this page).
Please can you complete the Christmas Survey (here) by 12 December 2025 to let us know if you plan to vacate your accommodation over the Christmas break.
For your information, your 40-week, 42-week & PGCE accommodation contract covers the Christmas period, so you DO NOT need to vacate your bedroom.
If you are going away over the Christmas break, please ensure you remove all the perishable items and waste in your bedroom and kitchen, turn off all lights and lock and secure your bedroom windows and door
Maintenance - for any urgent maintenance requests e.g.- no electricity (lighting failure, no heating or hot water) please report this urgently to Security.

To report a Circuit Laundry fault, you can use the Circuit Go app, contact the support team via live chat on the Circuit Laundry website https://circuit-go.com/support/
For all other non-urgent maintenance, please submit a request for this using this form, which will be actioned upon reopening of Campus.
