  • Climbing for Wellbeing (Carlisle)

     

    • A free course at Eden Rock, Carlisle. First session is on the 15th October 2025 and runs every Wednesday afternoon for 5 weeks. 
    • Register interest by the 10th October 2025. Email need2talk@cumbria.ac.uk 
    • Led by the Mental Health & Wellbeing team and qualified climbing instructors.

    Crafternoons: Take part in crafting sessions with Student Services staff. Held on each campus on the first Tuesday of each month.
