  • Understanding and Managing Grief support group - Carlisle

Are you struggling with the loss of a loved one and feel that you would benefit from some support? Our 4 week bereavement support group begins in February where we aim to provide you with the space to understand the impacts of loss and find ways to live alongside it. Kate (a Mental Health Case Worker on the Student Wellbeing Team) and Caroline (our University Chaplain) are looking forward to welcoming you to this space at The Chapel, Fusehill Street Campus, Carlisle.

As space is limited and in order to provide you with the best possible support, we ask that attendees ensure that they are able to commit to all 4 sessions, which are provided below:

    Wednesday 18th February

    Wednesday 25th February

    Wednesday 4th March

    Wednesday 11th March
