Graduating from university can open up a world of opportunities beyond the field of education.

To find a graduate job, start by identifying your skills and interests. Use online job portals, attend career fairs and network with professionals in your desired industry.

Consider a Graduate Scheme or Graduate programme. These structured training schemes are for recent graduates and offer training, practical experience and often mentorship. Schemes can last between one to three years and include rotations through different departments allowing you to gain a broad understanding of the company and find your area of interest. Graduate schemes can also provide structured pathways into various sectors. Remember, your degree has equipped you with valuable transferable skills.
