What if I think I have lost a book?

Please inform us as soon as you realise you have lost a book. We will check all our libraries in case it has been returned but the kiosk did not remove it from your account. If we do not find it in the library and you still cannot find it we can let you know the replacement cost of the item. You can then either pay the replacement cost or you can provide us with a copy of the same or a newer edition of the book.
